Activity
The Polar Activity Score makes staying active simple and seriously motivating. Your goal? Hit 100% every day. See how much you really move each day and how small wins add up to better energy and momentum over time.
- 24/7 Activity Tracking - Measures all your movement throughout the day. Not just workouts - so you can see how every step adds up to real progress.
- Activity Benefit – Tells you how your activity improves your fitness.
- Activity Targets - Gives you daily movement goals tailored to your fitness level - so you stay consistent, motivated, and on track without overdoing it.
- Inactivity Alerts – Reminds you to move when you’ve been sitting too long.
- Continuous Heart Rate Tracking – 24/7 monitoring of your heart rate every day and night.
- Smart Calories - Uses your personal data to calculate calories burned more accurately - so you know what’s working and can fuel your day with confidence.

Sleep & Recovery Tracking
Know how well you’re actually recovering — so you can improve your bedtime routine, sleep better, and wake up ready to go.
- Sleep Plus Stages ™ - Analyzes your sleep data to determine how much time you spend in light, deep, and REM sleep.
- Sleep Score - Combines your sleep duration and the sleep stage data into a single sleep score, which can be compared to your typical sleep patterns.
- Nightly Recharge ™ - An automatic overnight recovery measurement that shows how well the body copes with daily stress, based on sleep quality and autonomic nervous system recovery compared to personal baseline levels.
- Sleep Gate - Anticipates the time when your body is ready to fall asleep.
- SleepWise™ - Shows how recent sleep boosts daytime alertness and readiness to perform — this is called Boost from Sleep. In addition to the amount and quality of recent sleep, the effect of sleep rhythm is also considered by measuring how well the sleep-wake cycle aligns with the body’s internal circadian rhythm.

Training

It delivers the insights and motivation needed to push limits, track progress and recover better. All training technology from Polar is built on a foundation of scientific research and validation.
- Automatic Training Detection - Recognizes any activity you do as soon as you start doing it - so your workouts are always logged, even when you forget to press start.
- Heart Rate Sensor - Pair Polar Loop as a heart rate sensor with the Polar Flow app and start your training. Choose from over 150 sport profiles. If a session isn’t started manually via the Polar Flow app, Polar Loop uses the Automatic Training Detection feature to track your workout.
- Connected GPS – Uses your phone’s GPS to track sessions on a map.
- Training Loads - Shows how much strain your training puts on your body—so you can balance workouts and recovery to avoid injury and keep improving.
