Ordered electric shaver. Order confirmed and item dispatched promptly with photograph provided of package and Royal Mail Tracking number. Due to item coming from EU took about 10 days to arrive but acceptable.

I ordered a Russell Hobbs Lunar Kettle in Red. This colour is not sold in the UK so I was pleased to find a UK website which was able to import one from Spain. The delivery time frame was about two weeks which was fine and it duly arrived on time. The kettle was supplied with an EU plug as advertised but I was surprised that they included an adapter in the box as well. I was kept informed of the staus of my order and I can only give techINN a top rating. Would definitely use them again.
