Nice bag for fitness but can easily fit a pair of jeans, two t-shirts, some underwear, and a couple of necessities like deodorant, toothbrush & toothpaste, phone charger... a couple of snacks, and that's without using the two additional small pockets, which are handy for any other small items, keys, tissues, etc.

This bag is BIG! However, the medium size is much smaller, maybe too small for all my gear so I’m glad I bought the large as well. Separate zipped off section for wet clothes and towel is great. Lightweight material so easy to crumple into a small locker, but I’ll need to wait and see how tough it will be. No problems so far and would recommend.
