The sneaker is great, the material amazing and the heel wraps your ankle wonderfully. The problem is the size, my feet are 30.7cm so I had to go up to 50, which means that it's one size bigger than my other adidas sneakers (49 2/3)

They work great for barbell workouts, are very stable when squatting, and are also comfortable for jumping rope, box jumps, and running for certain distances. They're quite wide, so you'll need to measure carefully to choose your size.

I've had them for a couple of weeks. I ordered a size 42 2/3, and they're a little tight. I kept in mind that I wear a size 42 and ordered a half size up. In my case, a 43 would probably be a better fit. I recommend going up a size. Otherwise, they're great; your feet feel more secure when lifting heavy weights because the soles are flatter and the ankle is more supported. They come with reinforcements on the sides for rolling, which is helpful. And they have ventilated soles so your feet don't overheat at the gym. I'm happy with the purchase.

It is light. The sole is quite stable and harder at the heel for bar movements, and softer at the front for jumping and running. Perfect combination. It does have ventilation in the centre of the sole, but it is not for stepping in puddles.
