Engineered for female athletes, these shoes offer unparalleled stability for strength training with a dual-density midsole and a low 6mm drop for optimal power transfer. Experience a locked-in fit with Geofit technology and a secure lacing system, while the Continental™ Rubber outsole provides exceptional grip. Power meets precision in these essential trainers

ADIDAS Dropset 4 Power Trainers: Master Your Strength and Fitness

Unleash your true strength with the ADIDAS Dropset 4 Power trainers, the ultimate footwear designed specifically for the modern female athlete dedicated to serious fitness and weight-lifting. Engineered to provide a powerful and stable base, these trainers are your perfect partner for pushing limits and achieving new personal bests. Whether you´re mastering the squat rack, powering through deadlifts, or engaging in a dynamic functional fitness circuit, the Dropset 4 is built to support your every move with precision and confidence.

Experience uncompromising stability from the ground up. The core of the Dropset 4´s design is a dual-density midsole, meticulously crafted to handle the unique demands of strength training. A firm compound in the heel creates a solid, planted foundation, minimizing compression under heavy loads and ensuring optimal power transfer from your body to the floor. This grounded feel is enhanced by a low 6 mm midsole drop, which promotes proper form and a more natural stance during compound lifts. This thoughtful construction gives you the confidence to lift heavier and with better technique, knowing your footwear is providing a secure and reliable platform.

While stability is paramount, versatility is key for today´s multifaceted workouts. The Dropset 4 seamlessly transitions from static lifts to explosive movements. The forefoot features a softer, more responsive foam that allows for flexibility and comfort during dynamic exercises like box jumps, lunges, and agility drills. This dual-density approach means you get the rigid support you need for lifting without sacrificing the cushioned responsiveness required for high-intensity training, making it a true all-in-one gym shoe.

Comfort and a secure fit are non-negotiable during intense sessions. The ADIDAS Dropset 4 features an advanced lacing system for a completely locked-down, customizable feel across the midfoot. Inside, Geofit technology with strategically placed foam pods in the heel cradles your foot, eliminating slippage and enhancing comfort for a fit that feels personally molded to you. This ensures your focus remains entirely on your performance, not on adjusting your shoes. The durable textile upper provides structure and breathability, keeping you cool and comfortable from your first warm-up set to your final rep. With superior grip provided by the Continental™ Rubber outsole, you can count on unwavering traction on all gym surfaces, giving you total control during every phase of your workout.

The Dropset 4 Power Workout Training Shoes are designed for functional strength training, offering controlled stability and explosiveness.

With a regular fit and lace closure, these shoes provide a secure and customizable fit.

The Repetitor foam offers consistent energy return, while the Geofit heel pods enhance comfort and support.

The multi-functional outsole ensures durability and grip, making these shoes ideal for various exercises.

Power through your workouts with the Dropset 4, where stability meets versatility.

Decided on this product after reading rave reviews from multiple sources. Not disappointed - great fit (use online size calculator), grippy and look good. Also v happy with Trainin delivery. Good comms, so am willing to forgive late delivery of 1 day (which I think was probably the fault of RoyalMail in any case). Would definitely buy from these guys again.

Great training shoe that runs a bit small, but is really very comfortable to wear. The additional spare insoles are a great addition. I would recommend the shoe and order it again and again. Thumbs up

These sneakers have exceeded my expectations as I thought they weren´t necessary for functional exercises, and it´s quite noticeable in lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and similar movements, providing stability and also being quite comfortable

I am in aww of the dropset range to be honest. Dropset 3´s were a hit, the only thing I didn´t like is the opening in the sole. Now my new Dropset 4 although I had to buy the mens as I wanted the black and orange one. I love them. They make my strength taining and Body Pump classes feel like standing in the air.

Herts11

Loved the new colour and really like the drop set 4s, but for my feet the drop set 3s were a better fit and drop set 3s had a little tag on heel which was really useful when getting them on. So I like drop set 4s but if Adidas chose to re release drop set 3s I would definitely get a couple of pairs
