Elevate your training sessions and unleash your true potential with the ADIDAS FITNESS Open Back Training Gloves. Meticulously engineered for the dedicated athlete, these gloves are your essential partner for pushing past limits and achieving new personal bests. Designed to protect your hands while significantly enhancing performance, they provide the perfect balance of support, comfort, and grip, allowing you to focus solely on your form and power without distraction. Whether your discipline is traditional bodybuilding, high-intensity weightlifting, or functional calisthenics, these gloves are engineered to be your ideal training partner.

Experience superior comfort even during the most demanding workouts, thanks to the intelligent open back design. This crucial feature promotes exceptional breathability, allowing air to circulate freely around your hands. This ventilation keeps you cool, dry, and focused, preventing the build-up of sweat and heat that can lead to discomfort and a loss of grip. The result is a more pleasant and effective training experience from start to finish.

Achieve an unshakeable and confident connection with your equipment. The advanced silicone grip palm provides a full, tactile surface that ensures a non-slip hold for stronger, more secure repetitions on barbells, dumbbells, and pull-up bars. This enhanced grip is complemented by full palm coverage, which acts as a robust shield for your hands. This thoughtful design diligently protects your skin against the friction and pressure that cause painful calluses and blisters, keeping your hands in optimal condition for consistent training.

Support is paramount for heavy lifting and explosive movements. These gloves feature thick, double wrist straps that deliver outstanding reinforcement and stability for your wrists. This added support not only improves your overall grip strength but also helps to minimise wrist fatigue and reduce the risk of strain during compound movements like bench presses and overhead lifts. The strong Velcro fastening system allows you to dial in a firm, secure, and highly customised fit that stays locked in place, providing confidence and security from your first set to your last.

Comfort is woven into every detail. A soft fabric inner lining provides an additional layer of cushioning and a pleasant feel against your skin, preventing chafing. Furthermore, comfortable and ergonomic finger loops ensure the gloves stay perfectly in place without bunching or shifting, no matter how dynamic your workout becomes.
