Ensure every ab, back, and full core session delivers the optimal results you expect by using the only electrodes designed for perfect compatibility and performance with your belt.

These premium, self-adhesive electrode pads are designed to provide superior conductivity, distributing the stimulation evenly and efficiently across the target muscle groups. This ensures a more powerful yet comfortable muscle contraction, allowing you to get the most out of your toning, strengthening, or post-workout recovery programs. The durable and reusable design provides excellent value, offering consistent performance over multiple sessions. By regularly replacing your electrodes, you guarantee that your CoreBelt continues to operate at peak efficiency, preventing decreased sensation and ensuring your muscles receive the precise stimulation needed for visible results.

How to Place the Electrode Pads:
The double sticky-sided electrodes are simple to apply. First, open the pack of electrodes and take one out. Remove the protective plastic film from the side with the grid pattern.

Stick the electrode with the grid side facing down, carefully aligning it with the outlines marked on the interior of your CoreBelt. Once correctly in place, the visible side of the electrode should be plain black. For targeted workouts, placement varies:

* Abs session: Front electrodes only
* Back session: Back electrodes only
* Core session: Front and Back electrodes

We recommend placing all four electrodes on the belt—two on the front and two on the back—even if you plan to stimulate only the abs or only the low back. This ensures the belt fits correctly and is prepared for any program. It is crucial to make sure that the metallic pins on the belt are completely covered by the electrodes to establish a safe and effective connection.

For your safety, the longevity of your device, and to guarantee performance, only use this device with electrodes recommended by Compex. Using genuine Compex electrodes ensures that every session is as effective and comfortable as the first, helping you on your path to a stronger, more stable core
