Does not hinder movement, does not chafe the skin, and absorbs moisture perfectly. Quite a warm set. In my opinion, the temperature is -5/-15 degrees when running in the city or on rough terrain. And for temperatures above -5 - Craft Core Dry Set. I have more technical base layer sets, but I use Craft Core Sets for 80-90 percent of all my workouts!
