This insulated thermo squeeze bottle is ideal for ski touring and racing on cold days. Its double-walled plastic design with foam insulation keeps drinks lukewarm for 2-3 hours, a great improvement over standard bottles where drinks can freeze. While not a true thermos, it offers good performance for shorter winter activities. The bottle is comfortable to hold, preventing burnt fingers from hot liquids, and is a popular choice for frosty conditions

The Thermo Squeeze Bottle is good because you don't burn your fingers, but it only has a minimal insulating effect. Tip: take your hot drink with you in a separate thermos flask and pour it into a new bottle just before the tour begins. The journey time of up to 1 or 2 hours is enough to let the hot drink cool down. I'm judging this in conjunction with the Thermo Squeezebottle Holder Universal and the 2 ski tours I've done so far, lasting 1.5 and 4 hours. But it's definitely better than Source or similar drink reservoirs where the drink almost freezes in the tube and the first sips are ice cold, so the hot drink in the Dynafit Race Bottle stays lukewarm for at least 2 to 3 hours.
