It has the right dimensions to cover quite extensively the frame of the bike from sweat and drippings, it also adheres nicely to the handlebar leaving the right space if you want to mount a tablet holder. So far I´ve not washed it since I use a towel during the sessions to dry my face and arms often. It is suggested to wash it by hands.
