Gymstick GX3.0 crosstrainer

Gymstick GX3.0 Crosstrainer offers effective and versatile training experiences for home use. Its compact but sturdy structure is suitable for users of all types, and its rear-wheel resistance supports smooth and joint-friendly training.

The computer-controlled magnetic resistance offers 16 different resistance levels, which allow you to adjust the intensity of the exercise according to your needs. The 5 kg flywheel ensures smooth and pleasant movement, while the 33 cm stride length enables natural and efficient steps.

The backlit LCD display shows key training metrics in real time, such as time, distance, speed, RPM, heart rate and calories burned. You can choose from 10 preset training programs, manual mode, watt and heart rate programs, as well as user-specific settings, which allow you to adapt your training to your own goals.

Thanks to Bluetooth (FTMS) compatibility, you can connect the GX3.0 to popular training apps such as Kinomap and Zwift and add interactivity and motivation to your training. The mobile device holder allows you to use entertainment or apps conveniently during training.

Large anti-slip pedals and movement handles ensure safe use. The heart rate can be measured either with fixed handles or with a compatible 5.3 kHz heart rate belt. Thanks to the wheels, it is easy to move the device as needed.
