Hi, I usually wear an L; this model fits a little more than normal; I personally bought the M and it fits me well (I´m 1.80 m tall and weigh 78 kg - slim build). However, on the product page there is the "WHAT´S MY SIZE" button that could help you in your choice; alternatively online you should find the size chart specific for Joma COMBO shirts with the measurements.

hello, the t shirts are very good and fit to size, the lengh is not the issue unless you are above 185 cm for the XL, i run ususaly M size and it fits great i am 180 cm 78 KG with muscular body.
