Product description of Nike Metcon 7 trainers

Description summary

Ready to get back in the box?

Mark your territory and expand your fitness potential with the Nike Metcon 7 training shoes. The absolute CrossFit rulers return with an even more resistant and stable design than the previous Metcon 6, showing the swoosh brand’s care for high-impact routines.

Nike React now plays a key role in the Metcon 7’s midsole. Whether it´s for intense cardio routines or cranking up your burpees, the Oregonians’ #1 quality foam improves cushioning and responsiveness in every move. The rubber outsole’s new herringbone pattern delivers unstoppable traction from asphalt to concrete, while the rugged grip of the midfoot vertical strip helps you climb the ropes with ease.

The Metcon 7´s upper blends innovation and comfort with a classic, back-to-basics look. A thin, highly breathable Engineered mesh receives heat-sealed reinforcements for durability and consistency. A vertical heel clip enhances stability. Support is improved thanks to a Flywire lacing system lacing system that hugs the midfoot and provides added grip; meanwhile a tongue flap keeps the laces locked in place.

The Nike Metcon 7 is the gold standard for weight training — even tougher and more stable than previous versions. We´ve also added React foam that ups the comfort to keep you ready for high-intensity cardio. Plus, a tab locks down your laces so you can forget about them coming untied when you´re focused on your next PR.

More Stability for Lifts:
- The wide, flat heel gets even more stable with an inner plate that distributes weight from edge to edge. It also flexes to make it comfortable for cardio intervals.

Spring in Your Step:
- Nike React foam makes a comfortable, cushioned base that feels lightweight and springy when you kick it into high gear for cardio and sprints.

Grip From All Angles:
- Revamped rubber wraps up your arch for intense grip during rope climbs. Rubber tread gives you traction from the training room floor to the pavement.

- Lightweight mesh with textured overlays in high-wear areas helps keep your foot cool without sacrificing durability.
- Tab locks down the laces with a hook-and-loop closure to keep them out of the way.
- Handstand clip at the heel minimizes drag during wall exercises.
- Flywire cables integrate with the laces to secure your midfoot.
- Grooves in the sole let your forefoot bend naturally.

Arnaldo

Super fast service and delivery. The sneakers are excellent for what is intended and of high quality. It's not a running shoe because the sole is much more rigid. Allows good stability and comfort in training.

Very good

Cristian

Buy this product in June. It took almost 1 month and a half to arrive, according to the page it was delivered on time at customs. It was delayed only in the Argentine mail, but always informed by the page. Apart from that, the shoes are very comfortable and very good for Olympic lifting and CrossFit, with a very resistant sole that cushions the jumps in box jumping. 100% recommended, I can't wait to buy the metcon 8.

Good shoes

First TrainInn order - Nike Metcon 7

2022/08/07

Raj Arab

Product received in good condition (5 days late albeit). TradeInn has great pricing and selection, but the shipping costs are fairly high. Plus I had to pay the local applicable taxes before I could receive the item, which is not clearly mentioned at the time of placing the order. Shipping time took over 3 weeks which, so one has to be a tad patient - but they came through!

Alex

I wear 39/40 BR, what would be the right size to choose?

Answer of Alessio

I wear the 42, I took the 41 but I made them because they are tight. The 42, on the other hand, is perfect for me.
