OLIVE Rubber 5kg Olympic Plate - Ergonomic Tri-Grip Discs

Elevate your strength training and bodybuilding sessions with the meticulously engineered OLIVE Rubber 5kg Olympic Plate. Designed for performance, safety, and longevity, this premium weight disc is an essential addition to any serious home or commercial gym. It moves beyond the standard, offering a superior user experience that you can feel from the moment you pick it up. Whether you are loading up a barbell for squats and deadlifts or using the disc for functional training, its intelligent design enhances every aspect of your workout.

Unmatched Durability and Floor Protection

Experience the quiet confidence of training with world-class equipment. These plates are distinguished by their exceptional build quality. Each disc is fully encased in a nice-to-touch coating of high-quality, shock-resistant rubber. This robust layer serves a dual purpose: it significantly protects the plate itself from drops and impacts, ensuring a long lifespan, while also safeguarding your gym floors from scratches and damage. The rubber coating also dampens noise, making for a quieter and more focused training environment.

Ergonomic Design for Superior Handling and Versatility

The OLIVE 5kg plate redefines user-friendly design in bodybuilding equipment. Its ergonomic structure includes three special, integrated handles which facilitate secure and comfortable gripping. This thoughtful feature makes loading and unloading the barbell safer and more efficient, reducing the risk of pinched fingers or accidental drops. Furthermore, these tri-grip handles unlock new training possibilities, allowing you to use the plate as a standalone tool for exercises like weighted lunges, overhead triceps extensions, farmer´s walks, and core twists.

Innovative Features for a Seamless Workout

OLIVE addresses common gym frustrations with unique, practical solutions. These discs also include a revolutionary tool designed to facilitate disc removal from the bar and to pick them up from the floor. This simple yet brilliant accessory saves your back and your energy, allowing you to maintain focus on your performance rather than struggling with equipment.

For flawless compatibility and performance, the inner hole is a standard Olympic 50 mm diameter. It is protected by a precision-machined steel ring, which not only reinforces the structural integrity of the disc but also allows for smooth rotation and effortless sliding on and off the barbell sleeve, protecting your bar from wear and tear.

For easy weight identification during intense workouts, the discs clearly show the weight embossed in a large, legible format. This is further enhanced with vibrant, standardized colouring, allowing you to instantly recognise the 5kg plate from a distance and make rapid changes between sets.

These OLIVE Olympic Discs are the cornerstone of progressive overload and strength development. Built for high-repetition use and intense training cycles, their combination of safety features, durable materials, and user-centric design makes them the ideal choice for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who demand reliability and performance from their bodybuilding equipment.
