Disperse XT 4 is highlighted by a technical upper design featuring Train Puma formstrip branding and a unique and supportive TPU heel clip.

The upper mesh breathes well and keeps you cool during your training routines.

We evolved the midfoot fit system from V3 and it now includes a stronger and more technical finish.

The midsole has been updated to provide a modernized, athletic shape with multiple color blocking options to add value.

The outsole has more rubber than V3 as well as a more technical compound, Protread.

Increased durability with forefoot skins, and a material split will continue in the Disperse franchise allowing for material/graphic interest.  The lace pack features premium materialization and metallic finishes that brings a sleek POV to our new Disperse XT 4 trainer.
