Technical Mattresses Information

This mattress is made of polyurethane foam with a density of 20 or 25 kg/m3 or, alternatively, chipboard sheets of 100, 150 and 200 kg/m3. It is covered by a first-class B2 flame-retardant PVC laminated canvas, lacquered on both sides, with an approximate weight of 618 gr/m2. The performance values of this cover are: warp tensile strength of 230 daN/5 cm, warp tear resistance of 25 daN, and weft tear resistance of 20 daN, with an adherence of 10 daN/5 cm. It features double seams made on the inside of the cover, leaving the exterior free of any damaging points. The closure is accomplished via a safety zipper protected by a double flap extending the length and width of the mat itself. It includes reinforcements in the corners, metal eyelets for air outlet, and removable handles for easy transportation. The use of the mat can be done on both sides.
