Filled with air, the black (extra soft) TheraBand Stability Trainer provides advanced challenge compared to the green and blue Stability Trainers.

Made of durable PVC, the extra soft Stability Trainers heavy gauge side walls resist the tendency to roll the ankle during exercise.

Additionally, it offers two options for use:

one surface with rounded points providing tactile inputs for sensorimotor training.

and the opposite surface with an anti-skid bars that resist slipping.
