Lettuce tacos with salmon and mango

  • Ingredients:

  • - 1 ripe mango
  • - Large lettuce leaves (Romaine type)
  • - Juice of ½ lime
  • - Fresh cilantro
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1. Grill the salmon with a little salt and pepper.
    2. Peel and cut the mango into small cubes.
    3. Flake the salmon and mix it with the mango and lime juice.
    4. Fill the lettuce leaves like tacos.

Sweet potato toast with peanut butter and banana

  • Ingredients:
  • - 1 large sweet potato

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Cut the sweet potato into thick slices (like toast).

  • Ingredients:

  • Preparation:
