Overall, I'm happy with the transaction. It was easy to order and general communication was good. I'd probably give 4.5 stars as the one area they could pick up is when the parcel leaves their country. Communication stops at the point and I couldn't track it so it felt like an age to arrive. It was as expected and well packed though so happy and would use again.

I am pleased to write that I have just had a positive experience with this company after having a bad one previously. I had to reorder my items after my original order was sent back due to the address label being printed incorrectly. This time, from reordering I received my items to the UK around a week later. Unfortunately it cost me more to reorder them but I was extremely happy with the service I received. I only wish they had allowed me to have them at the original price I paid, then I would have given them 5 stars.
