This is very thin base layer and very breathable. Fits well under long sleeve jersey. The material is comfortable on touch, but not very stretchy. If between sizes, chose larger one. The back length is still OK but shorter than some other brands. Good for MTB when sitting more upright. Might not fit well on aggressive road racing position.
