ABUS Detecto 7000 RS1 Alarm Disc Lock: Ultimate Motorcycle Security

Attributes: Disc Padlock, Keys

Protect your pride and joy with a security solution that offers two formidable layers of defence. The modern and stylish ABUS Detecto 7000 RS1 Brake Disc Lock is an advanced security device that masterfully combines the robust strength of a mechanical lock with the intelligent vigilance of a powerful alarm system. This is more than just a lock; it is a comprehensive anti-theft system designed to give you unparalleled peace of mind, whether your motorcycle is parked at home, at work, or on the road.

Double Secured: A Fusion of Strength and Intelligence

At its core, the Detecto 7000 RS1 is a formidable physical deterrent. Its entire construction, from the robust lock body to the internal structural parts of the locking mechanism, is crafted from specially hardened steel. This provides exceptional resistance against tampering and brute force attacks. A solid 10x5 mm steel bolt securely anchors your motorcycle by locking through the brake disc, making it incredibly difficult for a thief to simply roll the motorbike away. The quality of the materials ensures that the lock can withstand the rigours of daily use and the most determined of assaults.

What truly elevates the Detecto 7000 RS1 is its state-of-the-art electronic alarm function. Featuring advanced 3D position detection, the lock instantly recognises vibrations and even the slightest changes in position in all three dimensions. This means any attempt to lift, move, or tamper with your motorcycle immediately triggers the piercing, 100 dB alarm siren. This ear-splitting noise is as loud as a rock concert and serves as a powerful deterrent, drawing immediate attention to the attempted theft. The alarm sounds for 15 seconds before automatically re-arming itself, ready to trigger again if the disturbance continues, ensuring persistent protection.

Engineered for Convenience and Durability

Security should not be a chore. Thanks to the patented ´Snap´n Go´ system, the Detecto 7000 RS1 offers effortless single-hand operation. Simply press the lock onto the brake disc, and it closes and arms automatically in one swift motion. There is no fumbling with keys to lock it, making it quick and easy to secure your motorbike every single time.

You are always kept informed about the lock´s status through a clear acoustic and multi-colour optical signal (LED). This intuitive three-colour LED display provides at-a-glance information, indicating both the active alarm status and the current battery level, so you are never caught off guard. Security extends to the key itself, as the lock is fitted with a premium ABUS Extra Classe cylinder, complete with a coded reversible key for enhanced protection against picking. For your convenience, two keys are included in the scope of delivery. To ensure long-lasting performance, an automatic keyhole cover protects the cylinder from dirt, grime, and corrosion.
