Whether you´re performing scheduled maintenance or a complete top-end overhaul, this kit provides the quality and performance Vertex is renowned for, ensuring your machine runs at its absolute best.

Experience a seamless installation and restore your engine to its original specifications. The Vertex 24384B is a Cast Replica piston, meticulously crafted to match the original OE form. This commitment to OEM standards guarantees a perfect fit within the cylinder, maintaining the designed performance characteristics and an unmatched level of reliability for your Bet´s engine. It is the ideal solution for a precise and hassle-free top-end rebuild that brings back that crisp, responsive power you demand.

Built to withstand the grueling demands of off-road riding, every Vertex piston undergoes a specialized T-5 hardening and tempering cycle. This advanced heat treatment process imbues the piston with exceptional strength and structural integrity. This ensures it can handle the extreme temperatures, pressures, and stresses of a high-performance two-stroke engine, resulting in superior durability and a significantly longer service life compared to lesser-quality alternatives.

Benefit from reduced internal friction and enhanced longevity, thanks to the high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite (MoS2) coating expertly applied to every piston skirt. This crucial feature provides a durable layer of protection that is essential for a faster, smoother engine break-in period. The MoS2 coating minimizes wear on the cylinder wall and piston during initial run cycles and continues to provide lubrication benefits throughout its life, ultimately extending the piston´s operational lifespan and maintaining optimal performance.

The piston´s superior design is rooted in its advanced material properties. Manufactured using a gravity-cast aluminum alloy that includes an 18% silicone content, this piston achieves an optimal balance of being extremely lightweight yet incredibly strong. The higher silicone content allows for tighter running clearances due to controlled thermal expansion. This results in a quieter engine with reduced piston slap, improved heat transfer, and a more efficient, responsive feel at the throttle.
