Last Wednesday, April 2nd, we had a great afternoon at the presentation of the new adidas Supernova Rise 2. We did it with the Sporty Hangover running community at an event organized by Runnerinn, and the atmosphere couldn´t have been better.

The meeting point was Local Metric in Barcelona, which was fully decorated for the occasion. The Sporty Hanogver participants were amazed upon arrival and, especially, upon receiving the welcome pack with their Supernova Rise 2.

To present them, we had the luxury of listening to Carles Castillejo, a former professional athlete, who explained the key points of the shoe : Dreamstrike+ foam for great energy return, maximum comfort, and excellent stability for everyday use. An ideal model for both beginner runners and more performance-oriented runners looking for a shoe for their lightest workouts.

There were more than 40 of us runners , all part of the Sporty Hangover community, and we set out as a group for an 8km run through the streets of Barcelona. The pace was comfortable, and the atmosphere was even better.

On our return, a real post-run party awaited us in the same space: dinner, a DJ, drinks, and a great atmosphere. A perfect combination to round out a night of sports and community.

First impressions of the Supernova Rise were very positive. Alex, one of the attendees, commented: “The shoe is incredibly comfortable from the first step. Ideal for easy runs or days when you need to rack up the miles without thinking too much.” Clara, meanwhile, said: “I was surprised by how responsive it feels for such a stable shoe. I think it could be my new favorite for long run days.”

A fantastic afternoon and a shoe that is set to become a must-have for lovers of the Km´s!
