Dare2B Freeride Mittens

Attributes: Boys, Girls, Mitten, Synthetic

Unleash your young adventurer on the slopes with the Dare2B Freeride Mittens, the ultimate choice for boys and girls who demand warmth, protection, and performance during their winter escapades. Expertly designed for skiing, snowboarding, and all-day snow play, these synthetic mittens are engineered to conquer the coldest mountain conditions. Say goodbye to cold, damp hands and hello to longer, more comfortable days on the snow. The Freeride Mitten combines cutting-edge technology with practical, kid-friendly features, ensuring young explorers can focus on perfecting their turns and enjoying every moment of their alpine journey with complete confidence and comfort.

At the core of the Freeride Mitten´s exceptional performance is its revolutionary fabric technology. You can trust your child’s hands will stay warm & dry with unbeatable waterproof & breathable ARED 35/35K recycled polyester fabric.

This is our most protective fabric ever made, offering the highest level of waterproofing to block out sleet, snow, and moisture, while maintaining superior breathability. This advanced system allows perspiration to escape, preventing the clammy, cold feeling that can cut a snow day short. The fabric is further enhanced with a durable water-repellent finish, providing an additional line of defence against the elements and ensuring hands remain perfectly dry from the first lift to the last run.

Inside, these mittens are a sanctuary of warmth. The design features a premium 3M Thinsulate lining, renowned for its ability to trap and hold body heat while allowing moisture to escape, delivering exceptional warmth without unnecessary bulk. This works in perfect harmony with the recycled polyester high warmth padding, creating a powerful thermal barrier that keeps fingers toasty even as the temperature plummets. An elasticated wrist creates a snug, comfortable seal that effectively locks in heat and keeps snow and cold drafts out, ensuring consistent warmth throughout the day.

Built for action, the Dare2B Freeride Mitten provides outstanding durability and grip. A robust synthetic nubuck thumb reinforces a key wear area, while the textured gripped palm and thumb ensure a secure hold on ski poles, drag lifts, or during impromptu snowball fights. This enhanced tactility gives young riders better control and confidence in their equipment. For a fully customised and secure fit, easy-to-use hook & loop adjusters allow for quick changes over or under a jacket cuff. Practicality is key, which is why a secure clip attachment is included to keep the mittens paired together when not in use, preventing that frustrating single-mitten loss. For added safety in low-light conditions, the design is finished with reflective branding for enhanced visibility.
