Product description of Giro Jackson MIPS helmet

Description summary

Conquer the slopes with the GIRO Jackson MIPS helmet. Inspired by automotive aerodynamics, its passive-aggressive venting system intelligently regulates airflow and temperature, whether you´re carving downhills or resting on the lift. Lightweight in-mold construction, the In Form™ 2 Fit System for effortless, glove-friendly adjustments, and MIPS® technology for enhanced protection combine for a distraction-free ride. Designed for perfect compatibility with Giro goggles and featuring a sleek brim, this helmet lets you focus on your performance

Aerodynamic airflow developed for automotive engineering inspired us to incorporate a passive-aggressive venting system into the Jackson™ MIPS® helmet.

This discreet yet powerful system regulates airflow and temperature both in motion and at rest.

Its design is completed with a lightweight brim and subtle lines for perfect compatibility with Giro goggles.

Additionally, the helmet features MIPS® technology, a lightweight construction, and the In Form™ 2 Fit System.

All these components work in perfect synchrony, allowing you to concentrate on the terrain and your trajectory.

TECHNOLOGY.

IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION:

In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with an impact-absorbing EPS inner liner.

The in-mold process allows for the optimization of ventilation systems.

As a result, in-mold helmets are lighter and offer better ventilation than conventional helmets.

IN FORM 2 FIT SYSTEM.

The In-Form 2 Fit System is lighter and flatter than the original, making it even easier to adjust in seconds, even with gloves.

On-the-fly vertical tuning allows you to quickly adapt the helmet to your goggles, eliminating top-down pressure on your goggles and preventing the formation of cold spots between the helmet and goggles.

PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE VENTILATION SYSTEM.

Barely visible external venting and internal channels (including the liner and padding) ensure optimal airflow and temperature regulation.

This ventilation technology automatically controls airflow and temperature, whether skiing downhill, backcountry skiing, or riding the chairlift.

PERFECT COMPATIBILITY.

For a seamless helmet and goggle combination, Giro products are designed to provide a perfect interface between helmet and goggles, ensuring exceptional fit and reliable performance.
