The Race Nova Jacket Men offers a premium, sporty and bold aesthetic, along with ultra-modern performance to protect you from the elements. Enhancing its sporty, premium style, the RACE NOVA JACKET MEN has iconic World Cup Rebels branding on the chest cargo pocket as well as a large HEAD logo. Designed to be worn with the matching RACE NOVA PANTS MEN, this jacket has YKK® AquaGuard® COIL® zipper on the center front, laminated water-resistant SAB® coil zippers on hand pockets as well as SAB® coil zippers on the ski pass pocket. For all its style, this jacket is also built for performance and comfort, as it is fully seam taped, and has the innovative Intelligent Apparel Membrane 2020, a fixed snow gaiter and a fixed and fully adjustable hood. The other features include adjustable sleeve cuffs with inner cuffs, and an inner pocket with a SAB® zipper.

Technology:

Taped Seams:
- Seams are a weak point on clothing where moisture and wind can penetrate. That is why the seams on the inside of our products are sealed with tape. This tape is machine-welded onto the seam and closes it completely.

PFC Free:
- Textiles in the outdoor sector are usually treated with PFCs (polifluorinated chemicals) to make them water and oil repellent. These chemicals are controversial because of their harmfulness to both human health and the environment. We try to avoid them where ever possible.

MXM:
- Intense competitions and hard training sessions demand a lot from clothing. For this purpose we developed the HEAD Sportswear MXM (Moisture Transfer Microfibre) technology. These high-performing microfibres move sweat to the surface of the material where it is efficiently removed. This brings a cooling effect and allows the material to dry quickly.

IAM 2020:
- Based on the skier’s requirements we developed our own membrane – the IAM Membrane (Intelligent Apparel Membrane). The developers concentrated on achieving the perfect combination of elasticity, eliminating restrictions where outer material is concerned, and easy washability. The membrane is manufactured with a water column and breathability factor of 20,000/20,000. The Intelligent Apparel Membrane is a high-performing design that optimizes breathability and comfort. With a breathability of 20,000 g/m²/24h and a water column of 20,000mm, it provides reliable water resistance and advanced climate management.
