It provides reliable warmth with 800 cuin fill power made from responsibly sourced hydrophobic down that insulates even in wet conditions. The recycled, abrasion-resistant Pertex® Quantum outer fabric offers maximum thermal performance and keeps moisture out. This lightweight can be compactly stowed in one of its own backpack- and harness-friendly pockets. Together with the elastic hood, it stands as a reliable mountain companion for many years to come.

- Down, synthetic fibers, wool they are all tasked with storing heat and protecting against cold. The warming layer can vary in weight, breathability and packability. Exactly how warm depends on the intensity of the sport, the outside temperature and the space in your pack.

Lightweight:
- We design every product with performance in mind. That´s why weight, in combination with functionality, always plays a major role. The lighter the style, the freer and more agile you can move. The more durable and dense it is, the more protection it offers.

Packability:
- On multi-day adventures or other activities with a lot of equipment, space in the backpack is at a premium. Similarly, for those aiming to travel fast and light, packability is essential. This factor may be less relevant if protection and durability are the top priorities.

- A high-performance down insulation with a water-based, PFC-free treatment, Nikwax Hydrophobic Down maintains its loft and insulating properties even with seven days of constant exposure to water, keeping you warmer longer.

Pertex® Quantum®:
- Pertex® Quantum uses a tightly woven structure to create a lightweight, soft fabric that offers maximum insulation.

PFC-free DWR:
- Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are often used for waterproofing but are practically non-biodegradable. Mammut is committed to replacing non-biodegradable fabric treatments with more sustainable high-performance alternatives.
