This year we have redesigned the Select TLS boot, with a VIBRAM® ICETREK OUTSOLE with D3O® SHOCK ABSORPTION for additional foothold, durability, and maximum comfort. The combination of the ARMORED SPINE and POWER TONGUE STIFFENER create the perfect amount of response you need to push your riding to the next level. The TLS 5 TWIN LACING SYSTEM allows you to get in and out of your boot under a minute, while the new RE/LACE LINER LOCKER allows you to get that afternoon retighten if needed on the chairlift without even having to undo the TLS system. - D3O is a smart material that moves slowly and increases comfort when in a normal state, but when shock or impact is increased the materials lock together to absorb and disperse energy created upon impact, before instantly returning to its flexible state. What this means is that the material increases overall comfort of the liner by absorbing impact from deep landings or choppy snow conditions – allowing you to go faster and deeper all day!
