SMITH Mirage Alpine Skiing Helmet

Discover the perfect balance of streamlined design, advanced protection, and all-day comfort with the SMITH Mirage alpine ski helmet. Engineered for skiers and snowboarders who demand reliability without unnecessary complexity, the Mirage is your trusted partner for every run, from the first chair to the last. It delivers a premium on-snow experience by focusing on the essential features that truly matter.

The Mirage combines single-zone adjustable venting with lightweight in-mold construction for a helmet experience that is reduced down to just what you need for a day on the hill. The Dial-Fit system and cozy long-fleece liner ensure that you are comfortable and warm. The Mirage exemplifies our belief that every detail should be considered.

At the heart of the Mirage´s design is a commitment to uncompromising safety. The lightweight in-mold construction fuses the exterior shell and EPS foam into a single, sleek piece, minimizing weight without sacrificing strength. This is enhanced by SMITH´s innovative Aerocore™ construction, featuring the revolutionary Koroyd® material in strategic zones. This technology absorbs more energy upon impact than traditional materials, offering superior protection while also improving airflow. For an additional layer of safety against rotational forces during angled impacts, the MIPS® Brain Protection System is available across all colorways, a crucial feature for modern alpine protection.

A helmet is only as good as its fit. The SMITH Mirage excels with its adjustable Dial Fit System (DFS2), allowing you to fine-tune the fit for a secure, custom feel with a simple turn of a dial. Inside, a super-soft, furry tricot lining provides exceptional, long-lasting comfort and warmth, eliminating pressure points. The Snapfit SL ear pads add to the cozy feel and are designed for optimal comfort on cold days.

Maintain your perfect temperature with the Regulator adjustable climate control. Easily manage airflow through the 14 strategically placed vents with a single hand, allowing you to adapt from cold morning laps to warm afternoon runs. To ensure fog-free vision, the Mirage features SMITH´s signature AirEvac™ ventilation system. This technology integrates seamlessly with SMITH goggles to pull warm, moist air away from your face and exhaust it from the top of the helmet. The ear pads are also audio compatible, ready for you to drop in your favorite audio system for a soundtrack to your day.

The SMITH Mirage helmet is the quintessential choice for riders seeking a proven, reliable, and exceptionally comfortable alpine ski helmet. It packs premium protection and comfort features into a clean, minimalist design, proving that you don´t need to overcomplicate things to have a perfect day on the mountain.
