Viking Tuson Freeride gloves

VIKING Tuson Freeride Gloves

Engineered for the modern freeride enthusiast, the VIKING Tuson gloves are the ultimate companion for those who demand performance, protection, and comfort on the mountain. Born from a passion for unfiltered adventure, this glove set is meticulously designed to handle the unpredictable conditions of backcountry and off-piste exploration. Every detail is crafted to enhance your experience, allowing you to focus on your line, not your hands. From deep powder days to challenging descents, the Tuson gloves provide the confidence you need to push your limits.

Experience unparalleled protection against the elements with a design that seals you off from the cold. The Tuson gloves feature an elongated cuff that extends well past the wrist, creating a critical barrier against intrusive snow. This extended cuff is intelligently finished with a durable rubber puller, making it easy to put on and take off even in challenging conditions. For a truly customized and lockdown feel, an adjustable strap on the wrist allows you to cinch the glove for a precise and solid fit. This system effectively prevents snow and cold air from getting inside, ensuring your hands remain secure and comfortable throughout your session.

At the core of the Tuson´s superior performance is a combination of advanced technologies dedicated to keeping you warm and dry. The modern Aqua Thermo Tex membrane acts as an impenetrable shield against external weather conditions like wind, snow, and moisture, guaranteeing your hands stay completely dry. Simultaneously, this high-performance membrane is breathable, allowing perspiration to escape, which is crucial for maintaining warmth and preventing the chilling effect of dampness from the inside. This is complemented by the proven power of Thinsulate technology. This remarkable insulation layer efficiently traps body heat, maintaining a pleasant and consistent temperature without adding unnecessary bulk, ensuring you stay warm even as the temperatures drop.

Control and dexterity are paramount in freeriding, and the VIKING Tuson glove excels in this domain. The inner part of the palm is strategically enhanced with a high-tack silicone imprint. This crucial feature significantly improves your grip on ski poles, snowboard edges, or equipment adjustments. The reliable hold provides greater confidence and control in every maneuver, from grabbing your gear on a lift to navigating technical terrain. Designed by a freerider for freeriders, the Tuson glove is a testament to what happens when authentic mountain experience meets innovative design.
