See Your Metrics and Revolutionize Your Swim Training

Transform your relationship with the water and unlock your ultimate swimming potential with FORM, the leader in intelligent swim training equipment. For too long, swimmers have been tethered to the pace clock on the wall, interrupting their rhythm and focus to gauge their performance. FORM shatters that limitation by bringing your data directly to you, in real-time, with its groundbreaking line of smart swimming equipment. At the heart of this revolution is the FORM Smart Swim Goggle, a piece of high-performance gear that does more than just keep water out of your eyes—it provides a window into your performance as it happens.

Engineered for serious swimmers, triathletes, and fitness enthusiasts alike, FORM’s core equipment integrates a transparent, see-through augmented reality display directly into the goggle lens. This heads-up display provides a crystal-clear, non-obtrusive stream of your most critical metrics. While you swim, you can seamlessly track your split times, stroke rate, stroke count, pace per 100, distance, and calories burned. There’s no more guessing, no more post-swim calculations—just pure, data-driven focus to help you train smarter and achieve your goals faster. The goggles themselves are crafted from premium materials, featuring chemical-resistant anti-fog coatings, leak-proof silicone eye seals, and five interchangeable nose bridges to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit for any face shape during the most demanding workouts.

The FORM ecosystem extends beyond the pool. For open water swimmers and triathletes, pairing the goggles with a compatible Garmin or Apple Watch unlocks a world of possibilities. The built-in GPS provides real-time distance and pace metrics in open water, helping you stay on course and on pace during races and training sessions. Enhance your training further by connecting a Polar Verity Sense or OH1+ heart rate sensor to add live heart rate data to your display, allowing you to train in specific zones and optimize your effort.

Every piece of FORM equipment is designed to work in harmony with the powerful FORM Swim App. After your swim, your data automatically syncs for in-depth analysis, allowing you to track your progress over time, identify areas for improvement, and share your achievements. The app also features a vast library of guided workouts and structured training plans designed by expert coaches, turning your FORM goggles into a personal, in-water coach. Stop just swimming; start training with intelligence and precision. Explore the complete range of FORM swimming equipment at Swiminn and experience the future of performance in the water
