I had bought this product about 3 years ago and it was very effective for my trainings in terms of swimming posture. Now that I´d bought a new one I´d realized that the old one is not effective at all since it became to much flexible. I´d say it has a good value for money ratio but I might prefer a different product with higher durability (TYR has a such and I intend to try it).
