Gre Skimmer Basket

GRE ACCESSORIES Skimmer Basket: The First Line of Defense for a Crystal-Clear Pool

Ensure the longevity and efficiency of your pool´s filtration system with the essential GRE ACCESSORIES Skimmer Basket. This vital component is your primary tool in the ongoing battle for pristine, inviting pool water. Designed as the first point of contact for water entering your filtration system, the skimmer basket plays a crucial, yet often overlooked, role in overall pool health and maintenance. It is engineered to be the guardian of your pool equipment, saving you time, effort, and potential expenses on more significant repairs. By effectively capturing debris before it can cause problems, this basket simplifies your maintenance routine and allows you to spend more time enjoying your pool and less time cleaning it.

Protect Your Investment and Simplify Maintenance

The most critical function of the GRE Skimmer Basket is to protect the heart of your pool´s circulation system: the pump. By intercepting larger debris such as leaves, twigs, insects, and hair, it prevents these items from reaching and potentially damaging the pump´s impeller. This pre-filtering action not only safeguards your equipment from clogs and strain but also significantly reduces the workload on your main filter. The result is a more efficient system, extended life for your pump and filter media, and less frequent need for backwashing or cartridge cleaning. Furthermore, this basket offers a convenient, secondary function for water treatment. It can often be used to house chlorine or other solid chemical tablets, allowing for a steady, controlled dissolution and distribution as water flows through, contributing to balanced and sanitary water chemistry.

The GRE Commitment to Quality and Longevity

GRE comes up with a wide range of spare parts and accessories for GRE skimmers so that if a basic component of the skimmer is broken, a replacement part can be purchased and there is no need to buy the complete product again.

All skimmer accessories are adapted to the products sold by GRE.
