I ordered two sizes, 34 came up for height 184, weight 75kg size French swimming trunks arena fr85. Swimming trunks are cool colors, sit comfortably, let's see how long they live after exposure to chlorine.

I orderred a size 36 and my waist size is 87 cm ...a reasonably god fit. So I would choose a size 34 for size M
