I always use this brand of swimsuit, but the model that only has a small front lining, if this model is fully lined, is it advisable to buy a size larger?

If you compare with the very thick and resistant water polo models I would even say tear-proof and hard-wearing then the answer is no because it is a turbo cut friends with a traditional fabric
