I have 295-300mm and ordered 46/47 (11/12) which fits tight. I think they should probably (still) take 46/47 as well. The fins will then press less and you will certainly not lose them. I think 44 will be too small. Enjoy the training! By the way, the quality of these things is good, they could even be a bit smaller in my opinion, but they are very well suited for swimming drills.

For reference, I wear a 11.5 US/44.5 EUR size shoe (29.5 cm), and I bought the size 46 Zoggs swim fins and they fit perfectly and work great. I was originally concerned the size 46 fins would be too big, but also concerned that the size 44 fins would be too small. I went with the larger size and made the right call. Hope this helps with your purchase decision.
