And again, Can you set a timer on it. It says 1,5 hours to heat up . Or do I keep it on all the time?

No, there is not a timer. The device always stays on and switches off automatically when the desired temperature is reached. If hot water is withdrawn, cold water automatically flows into the boiler and the device switches on again.
