My sister in Slovaskia has one for five years. That is how we decided to buy this brand. Love this Krups Superautomatic Coffee Machine. We use it only for about 10 days and so far so good. Coffee from this machine taste great and there are no extra dishes, only the cup your machine presents you with great tasting coffee. The price was excellent. Delivery with DHL on time. Here in Canada we had to purchase the transformer from 110v to 220V. We chose LV Yuan 3000W from amazon.ca. Thanks TechINN!
