A Hat in Time is a 3D platform game that features a girl who sews hats to gain magical powers.

In A Hat in Time you play as a girl who travels through space with a big top hat.

Her adventure comes to a halt when all of her fuel is lost and scattered across a nearby planet.

She now she must jump, fight and sew new hats to make her way in all corners of this new world to recover her fuel and resume her journey.

On her way, she´ll encounter the menacing Cook Mafia, goofy birds from Dead Bird Studio, creepy shadows from the Subcon Forest, and more.

Each mission in A Hat in Time is unique! You´ll need to solve the Murder at the Owl Express by finding clues and questioning the locals, take charge of the gang at The Big Parade, and sneak around the Dead Bird Studio.

Just like any child, Hat Kid loves to climb and explore, no mountain is too big for his sense of adventure.

He can do multiple jumping moves as well as climb walls and swing over holes.

By finding and collecting rare magical threads, Hat Kid can sew cute new hats with a variety of skills, including a witch´s hat that allows him to cook explosive concoctions, and a ghostly wooden mask that allows you to look into other dimensions.

Hats can be made even more powerful by joining the badges that locals find, sell, and trade.
