Preliminary settings:

Enter the computer settings to disable the built-in camera or access the chat software settings to set the PNI CW1850 as the default camera.
- The CW1850 webcam does not have a built-in speaker. If you do not hear the other person´s voice, check that you have not connected headphones or an external speaker to the computer.
