The only thing I didn't like was the non-removable cord handle; it's impossible to remove and wash it like with other brands. Regarding the settings, there's also no manual on how to adjust the balance and other parameters.

The racket played really well, felt comfortable in the hand, and had a good balance between control and power despite its round shape. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, when I tried to loosen the screws (custom weight system) to test the racket for different playing styles (more power or control), I discovered that one screw was so tight I couldn't loosen it and the threads were turning. I sent it back and will wait and see what happens next.
