Usage instructions
Take 1–2 shots 2.5 to 3 hours before training.
Well-trained athletes may also take 1–2 nitrate shots per day for 3–7 days prior to a competition to build up nitrate levels.
Shake before use. Maximum of 2 shots per day.
Recommended daily dose: 2 shots per day.

Avoid using antibacterial mouthwash or chewing gum during the intake period. It is also not recommended to brush your teeth immediately after use, as it may interfere with the effectiveness.
