BCA Dozer 2T Shovel: Unrivaled Power and Efficiency for Avalanche Safety

When every second counts in the backcountry, you need a tool that performs without compromise. The BCA Dozer 2T avalanche shovel is engineered for maximum efficiency and unwavering reliability, designed for the most demanding conditions and serious users. As BCA states, this shovel is "Larger blade and longer extended length than the 1T. For those as serious about digging and snow safety as we are." It is the ultimate partner for backcountry professionals, guides, and dedicated enthusiasts who refuse to settle for anything less than the best in their avalanche safety kit.

Maximum Efficiency When It Matters Most

The Dozer 2T isn´t just a shovel; it´s a powerful snow-moving machine. Its standout feature is the innovative hoe mode, which allows you to quickly convert the tool for pulling and clearing large amounts of snow. This functionality is a game-changer during a rescue scenario, significantly reducing the time and energy required to excavate a burial zone by allowing you to pull snow downhill instead of just lifting it. Combined with its extendable shaft and ergonomic T-grip handle, the Dozer 2T provides superior leverage and comfort, minimizing back strain and maximizing your endurance during strenuous digging.

Engineered for Strength and Rapid Deployment

Constructed for brutal conditions, the Dozer 2T is built to break through the toughest snow and debris. The blade’s flat-top "stomp edge" is designed to be stepped on, allowing you to use your body weight to penetrate hard, icy avalanche debris that would stop lesser shovels. Every component is designed for swift, intuitive assembly, ensuring you can deploy your shovel from your pack to a ready-to-dig state in critical moments without fumbling with complex mechanisms.

Main Features:

* Versatile Hoe Mode: Instantly converts from a traditional shovel to a hoe for dramatically faster snow removal and excavation.
* Extendable T-Grip Handle: Provides exceptional ergonomic comfort and leverage, allowing for powerful, two-handed digging while accommodating different user heights and preferences.
* Stomp-Ready Blade Design: A flat-topped blade surface enables you to stomp down with your boot to break up and penetrate the hardest snow and ice.
* Rapid, Foolproof Assembly: Designed for quick and reliable deployment in high-stress situations.

Blades

The heart of the Dozer 2T is its massive, work-hardened blade. Its unique "dozer" shape and impressive dimensions are engineered to move the maximum volume of snow with every single scoop. The aggressive front edge slices into snow, while the high side walls prevent spillage, ensuring every ounce of effort translates into progress. This robust blade is the key to the shovel´s incredible digging power and efficiency.
