CMP 38B4684 Junior Alpine Ski Helmet – Lightweight & Protective

Ensure your young skier stays safe, comfortable, and confident on the slopes with the CMP 38B4684 Junior Alpine Ski Helmet. Expertly engineered for the unique needs of younger athletes, this helmet blends top-tier protection with exceptional comfort, making it the perfect companion for every downhill adventure, from their first lesson on the bunny hill to carving down intermediate trails. It´s a practical, light helmet for kids and teens, designed to provide reliable safety without weighing them down, allowing for a full day of fun and progression on the snow.

The foundation of this helmet´s superior protection is its robust and durable construction. A protective ABS outer shell provides a tough, impact-resistant first line of defense against falls and collisions. Beneath this hard exterior, an expanded polystyrene (EPS) liner works to effectively absorb and dissipate impact forces, cushioning the head and minimizing the risk of injury. This dual-layer system is engineered to meet rigorous safety standards, giving parents peace of mind while their children explore the mountain.

Comfort is paramount for keeping young skiers happy, and the CMP 38B4684 excels in this area. The interior features a soft, removable and washable internal padding that provides a plush, cozy feel against the head. This padding not only adds a layer of cushioning but also wicks moisture to keep the skier dry and comfortable. The ability to remove and wash the liner is a significant benefit for parents, ensuring the helmet remains fresh and hygienic season after season.

A perfect fit is critical for both safety and comfort. The rear adjustment system enables a very precise, close-hugging fit for any head shape. This easy-to-use dial allows for quick, on-the-fly micro-adjustments, ensuring the helmet sits securely and stably without any uncomfortable pressure points or wobbling. This secure fit is essential for the helmet to perform correctly during an impact. Furthermore, seventeen fixed vents create optimum airflow and ventilation throughout the helmet. This passive ventilation system is strategically designed to draw in cool, fresh air and exhaust warm, moist air, preventing overheating during strenuous activity and keeping your young skier’s head cool and their focus sharp. The helmet also includes a secure rear clip to keep ski goggles firmly in place.
