CMP 38B4697 Alpine Ski Helmet: Lightweight Safety and Custom Comfort

Descend the mountain with confidence and in complete comfort with the CMP 38B4697 Alpine Ski Helmet. Engineered for the dedicated skier who demands a perfect balance of safety, ventilation, and a lightweight feel, this helmet is your essential partner for everything from carving groomers to exploring fresh powder. Its sleek, modern design ensures you look the part while benefiting from advanced protective technology, allowing you to focus purely on the thrill of the run ahead. The 38B4697 is built to provide reliable performance and all-day comfort, making it an indispensable piece of your winter sports equipment.

At the heart of its superior design is its innovative construction. The CMP 38B4697 is a compact yet lightweight helmet, with an ´´In-Mould´´ construction, i.e. with the outer polycarbonate shell bonded directly to the inner core in expanded polystyrene (EPS). This advanced manufacturing process results in a helmet that is remarkably light, eliminating the bulky, heavy feel of traditional helmets. The seamless integration of the layers provides superior shock absorption, dispersing impact energy effectively to keep you protected when it matters most, without weighing you down.

Never compromise on comfort, no matter what the mountain weather has in store. The helmet features 14 air vents in total, the upper 8 of which are adjustable, forming a ventilation system that ensures the correct air recirculation in any weather conditions. This sophisticated active ventilation allows you to take full control of your microclimate. Easily slide the controls open for maximum airflow during intense runs on a warm spring day, or close them to retain heat during a blizzard or on a chilly chairlift ride. This dynamic system helps regulate your temperature perfectly and significantly reduces goggle fog, ensuring your vision remains clear and unobstructed.

A perfect fit is paramount for both safety and comfort. The helmet is equipped with a rear adjuster to improve the fit and soft padding on the head and ears for exceptional comfort. This user-friendly, micro-adjustable dial allows you to achieve a snug, secure, and customized fit with a simple twist, even while wearing gloves. The system eliminates pressure points and ensures the helmet stays securely in place during dynamic movements. The interior is lined with a plush, hypoallergenic, and removable padding that cradles your head, while the warm, soft-touch ear pads provide gentle protection from wind and cold. The lining and ear pads can be easily removed for washing, keeping your helmet fresh all season long.
