Engineered for the modern adult adventurer, the NITRO Telescoping Poles are the ultimate tool for both men and women venturing beyond the resort boundaries. Specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of snowboard touring and alpine ski touring, these poles provide unwavering support and efficiency on any ascent. Their telescopic functionality is at the core of their performance, featuring a reliable external lever locking system that allows for quick, secure adjustments in the field. This means you can seamlessly transition from a shorter length for steep skin tracks to a longer pole for flat traverses, all without removing your gloves or breaking your stride.

Comfort is paramount during long days in the mountains, and the extended, ergonomic foam grips are a testament to this. This crucial feature allows you to comfortably choke up on the pole during steep side-hilling or on tricky traverses, providing superior balance and power transfer without the need to stop and adjust the pole´s overall length. This maintains your rhythm and conserves valuable energy for the ride down.

Performance and reliability are built into the very structure of these poles. The hybrid shaft construction masterfully blends the lightweight, vibration-damping properties of carbon fiber in the upper sections with the durable, impact-resistant strength of high-grade aluminum in the lower sections. This intelligent design results in a pole with a low swing weight for an effortless cadence on the uphill, combined with the resilience needed to withstand the inevitable encounters with rocks, ice, and variable snow conditions. They are built to be your trusted companion, season after season.
