Rossignol Type R-Shell Dry mittens

ROSSIGNOL Type R-Shell Dry Mittens | Men´s Insulated Waterproof Ski Mittens

Conquer any mountain in any weather with the ROSSIGNOL Type R-Shell Dry mittens, engineered for maximum warmth and uncompromising protection. Keep your hands warm, dry, and comfortable from the first chair to the last run, so you can focus on your performance. The classic mitten design offers superior thermal efficiency by keeping your fingers together, creating a pocket of warmth that outperforms standard gloves in cold conditions.

Designed for passionate skiers, the Rossignol Type ski gloves combine waterproof and breathable performance with PrimaLoft® Silver insulation to deliver all-day comfort in any condition. An adjustable cuff, reinforced palm, and an integrated nose wipe add ideal versatility for both on-piste and off-piste use.

Advanced Weather Protection
At the heart of these men´s ski mittens is Rossignol´s proprietary R-Shell Dry membrane. This high-performance technology provides an impenetrable barrier against wind, snow, and moisture, ensuring your hands remain completely dry even during heavy snowfall or wet spring conditions. Crucially, the membrane is also highly breathable, allowing sweat and water vapor to escape. This active moisture management prevents the clammy, cold feeling that can result from intense activity, regulating your temperature for consistent comfort throughout the day.

Lightweight, Low-Profile Warmth
Experience exceptional warmth without the bulk, thanks to the premium PrimaLoft® Silver insulation. This synthetic insulation is renowned for its outstanding thermal properties, trapping body heat effectively to keep you warm in freezing temperatures. Unlike traditional down, PrimaLoft® continues to insulate even when damp, making it the perfect choice for demanding alpine environments. Its lightweight and compressible nature ensures you maintain excellent dexterity and feel for your ski poles.

Built for the Slopes
Every detail of the Type R-Shell Dry mitten is crafted for skiing. A durable, reinforced synthetic palm provides a secure and reliable grip on your poles, while also standing up to the abrasion from rope tows and equipment handling. The adjustable cuff creates a tight, weatherproof seal around your wrist, effectively locking out snow and cold drafts whether you wear it over or under your jacket sleeve. For added convenience on the mountain, an integrated soft panel on the thumb serves as a nose wipe, and elastic leashes ensure you won´t lose a mitten on the chairlift.
