Very well made, very comfortable and hardly restricts paddling movements. I've tried this vest in the water, in the canoe and on the SUP and every time it was the best life jacket I've had so far. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to have a little more safety than a normal life jacket when doing water sports, but may end up in the water and therefore doesn't want to spend as much money as with an automatic life jacket. The only thing is to ensure that the fainting safety system works, always make sure that all straps, no matter what, are used and are tightened.

Could a disabled adult wear this jacket would it keep their head above water a grown man size large

Yes, as long as the jacket is appropriate size. My son has cerebral palsy and his motor skills are greatly impacted. Nevertheless, the jacket helps him to stay afloat in correct position.
