What is the circumference of collar?

I would say a maximum of 58 cm. It varies. Minimum 46 cm. You don't want it too tight. With a little skill, you can extend it yourself with some extra fabric by sewing a little extra onto it. But I am pretty sure it will fit most people as is. I actually cut some of it off and sewed a loop so it will not fall off by mistake. Mine weighs 1941 mg, so almost 2 kgs.
