Arrma Module 0.8 Safe-D5 16t pinion

ARRMA Module 0.8 Safe-D5 16T Pinion Gear

Unleash the full potential and ensure unwavering reliability in your RC vehicle with the ARRMA 16T 0.8 Module Safe-D5 Pinion Gear. As a crucial component in the drivetrain of your radio control model, this pinion gear is expertly designed for enthusiasts who demand maximum durability and flawless performance. It stands as the perfect upgrade for enhancing power delivery or as an essential spare part to keep in your RC toolbox, ensuring you´re always ready for action and minimizing downtime.

The standout feature of this component is its innovative Safe-D design. Unlike standard pinions with a simple round bore, this gear features a ´D´ shaped hole precision-machined to perfectly match the profile of a 5mm motor shaft. This ingenious mechanical interface provides a significant advantage during extreme RC use. Even if the M4 set screw were to loosen under intense vibration or high-impact landings, the D-shaped profile ensures a secure lock with the motor shaft. This means you maintain crucial drive and braking control when you need it most, preventing a session-ending failure and giving you the confidence to push your vehicle to its absolute limits without hesitation.

Engineered from exceptionally strong and durable steel, this 16T pinion is built to withstand the punishing demands of extreme RC conditions, from high-speed runs on pavement to aggressive off-road bashing. Its robust construction guarantees long-lasting performance and resists wear and tear, providing a consistent and reliable gear mesh over countless cycles. The gear teeth feature a precision-manufactured wide profile, which promotes incredibly smooth operation and efficient power transfer from your motor to the rest of the drivetrain. This meticulous engineering reduces friction and operational noise while maximizing the torque and speed that reaches the wheels, resulting in a more responsive and powerful driving experience. An E-clip groove is also integrated for an additional layer of secure retention on the motor shaft, offering triple the security alongside the set screw and Safe-D profile.

Whether you are fine-tuning your vehicle´s gearing for higher top speeds or more aggressive acceleration, or simply replacing a worn component with a superior-quality part, the ARRMA 16T Safe-D5 Pinion is the ultimate choice for performance and peace of mind.
